After the transmission on my 2003 Ford Explorer went at 280,000 miles, I decided to stick with Ford and purchased a 2012 F-150. I have had this truck for two years and will find it hard to ever go without owning a pickup like this. It is the most practical vehicle I've ever owned. Weather is never an issue, since this truck has no problem driving in rain, snow, etc. The only thing that hurts the fuel efficiency of this truck are the aftermarket tires that were installed by the dealer. My truck has 20" rims which call for big expensive tires. These tires are very knobby and tend to take away from the fuel efficiency of the vehicle. However, the trade-off of these tires is that I can drive through any amount of snow and mud when going to work.
Story
Me and a couple friends were planning on going snowboarding one morning at a mountain that was about an hour away from my house. It snowed about 6-8" overnight and was still snowing when we woke up. My truck, in 4-wheel drive, was able to make it through the snow and to the mountain with no problem. Because of the amount of snow and the road conditions, we were practically the only ones at ... Pros
The engine in this truck was new for the 2012 and I haven't had a problem with it yet. Instead of the V8, I have the V6 Ecoboost Twin Turbo Engine. This engine gives the truck plenty of power and fuel efficiency. I also have the full crew cab which gives me an incredible amount of space in the back seat. When comparing this pickup to other competitors, the space and leg room in this truck came out on top which was a big seller for me.
Cons
I still don't like how the buttons on my steering wheel tend to not work at random times. When I hit the "volume" button right above the "seek" button, the radio will begin to search instead of raise in volume. Something must be wrong with the wiring inside my steering wheel.

I love my truck, it is by far the best truck I have owned in my life time, and I have had a dodge and a Chevy in my lifetime. The power in the engine is great for having a huge load or pulling anything I need to, also for a truck this size I have been impressed with the fuel efficiency. I have recently been doing a lot of construction on my house and this truck has saved my life countless times. The bed is perfect for hauling all my equipment and getting different supplies from the hardware store. I think I'll be driving and using this Ford until I buy another.
Story
In the early fall my Fiance and I took the truck out to the farm for a night and used the bed of the truck as our tent/sleeping area for the night. It was amazing being out in the wilderness, feeling safe and sleeping under the stars. There are so many things you can do with a truck you cant do with a car.
Pros
I live in the North so it is extremely important for me to have an automatic starting truck, it is so nice to get up in the morning and start my truck with out ever having to step out into the cold winter air. Then when I get in, it is already defrosted and warmed up, not to mention the heated front seats keep me extra warm on those cold days. The stereo in the truck is unbelievable, produces crystal clear sounds, and can be loud when I want it. Also the SYNC with My Ford lets me hook up my phone via Bluetooth so I can stream my music straight to the stereo, or make a hand frees phone call... (more)
Cons
Barely anything negative comes to mind when it comes to my truck, but the seats can be a little hard when you are driving for an extended amount of time. Also, at night, with it being such a big cab it can be hard to see certain areas of the cab because the lighting isn't the best. Could use a few more lights or lights in better positions, but besides those extremely small details, there are very few negatives about this truck.

Didn't feel like the traditional car sales experience. They were very straight forward with the sale and honest. I told them what I wanted to pay and they made that work. They said they were going to make money too so it was a win win for everyone. The staff was courteous and we didn't have to fight with the salesman and the desk to finish the deal. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great costumer service and good mechanics. They were willing to look at a car that they did not initially sell and when asked if it was worth fixing, they said no. They then allowed us to keep the car there for a few days until we decided what to do. They even towed the car to that location from the side of the road at no charge.
