Do not buy
This car has had countless problems since I purchased it. This car is clearly poor quality, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Awesome.
The 2013 Ford Fiesta has a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine with 120 horsepower. A five-speed manual transmission and front-wheel drive are standard; a six-speed dual-clutch automatic is available. The engine helps the Fiesta achieve great fuel economy – 29 mpg in the city and 37 mpg on the highway.

Wouldn't buy it again.
I like the overall look of the car. The look is modern and sleek. I like the interior too. The headliner is nice and soft. The seats are quite comfortable. The interior of the car is roomy, as is the trunk. However, I'm not at all pleased with how the car runs. There have been two recalls for parts so far. A fuel pump and a locking mechanism. That's annoying and inconvenient to deal with. But the very worst part of this car is the transmission. It rattles and jerks. That started happening not long after I drove the car off the lot. The dealership's solution is to reset the computer, which fixes it for a while. And then the same thing starts happening all over again. I have to have it done every time I have an oil change. It's due to Ford's new power shift transmission. It's a transmission that works on a dual-clutch system controlled by a computer, rather than a torque converter. It's a great idea in concept. Gas mileage is great with it, and it allows the user to override and cycle through the gears by choice rather than computer timing. But the execution of the idea is poor. They haven't even begun to work out the kinks in the power shift. In fact, there's currently a class action against Ford for it. I would absolutely not buy this car again, and I wouldn't recommend anyone buy it. It's awful. Unfortunately, I'm still financed and won't have the car paid off for another year.

Sales rep found us a good deal and found us a car with the options we wanted. We had not planned on getting Flex when we went to the dealer but are very happy with it.

Great salesperson, not pushy and let me test drive and ask a million questions about the different models and options. Financing was easy, felt good vibes from all personnel I interacted with.
