Car was cool at first, didn't have any issues but a minor leak when I purchased it. I drove it to work, about 3 miles, everyday for about 6 years. During the time I had it, it would have random issues come up. Like for instance, the ignition randomly went out one day and I had to have someone go to where the car was and reinstall a new ignition. But one issue came forth that could not be fixed, the transmission died! I priced a new one, but it cost to much. Now the car is broken and it just sits outside.

Exceptional compact car

The 2014 Ford Focus is an exceptional car. It offers me dependability at a great price. The repairs are very affordable and cost-efficient. The scheduled maintenance is also very affordable. This car is gets great gas mileage. With over 30 miles per gallon, I have fewer trips to the gas station. Don't let the size fool you. It is compact, but offers ample room with fold down back seats and a huge trunk area. The computerized display lets you know how many miles until empty and so much more. It pretty much tells you when maintenance and repair is needed. Which in some cases can seem quite often. I have had to change the brakes often. which could lead me to believe some of the parts or not of high quality. The small cylinder engine can also be somewhat of a drag to drive if you like to go faster. It takes a lot for this car to reach high speeds. All in all, I would recommend this car for its practicality and dependability, just don't expect too any thrills.
