This car is over 20 years old, and it still runs like a champ. I love this vehicle. I have not had to repair any major parts on the car. The only thing that I have had trouble with is the A/C compressor; it had to be replaced. I have put over 270k miles on the car, and it has always ran well; it's very reliable. The seats are comfortable for it being made 20 years ago. I get about 25 miles to the gallon, which I think is pretty good for the year of the car.
Story
I was able to race a car that is the exact same car. It's just a newer version (2011) and I won.
Pros
I love the mobility of the car. It's not a big, bulky car; it is definitely easy to pass cars and park in parking lots. I like how the car drives. If I need to pass someone, the car will get up and go. I love that the car is a four door car, so if I have passengers, they are not cramped in the back of the car.
Cons
The windows are not tinted, and I live in southern USA. So every time I get in the car, it takes a while for the car to cool down. The interior of the car is so old that it is kind of falling apart. The material covering the visor is falling off so it looks really bad.

2014 Honda Civic - A great car for college students or new professionals.

I love my vehicle. I purchased my Honda Civic when moving to Houston, TX, and working as a journalist knowing that I would be driving long distances every day and needed something good on gas. I feel safe in my Honda, and the build quality is excellent. I have been in several small accidents, and there are no hints on my vehicle at all. Even though the car is inexpensive, the bells and whistles included are phenomenal. I have owned the car for three years this October and have not encountered a single issue with it. Even my tires are the original tires for the vehicle and have suffered no blowouts. I get about 37 miles to gallon which I find to be incredibly efficient. The air condition runs extremely cold, and the sound system as well as the car's ability to link to my iPhone is exce... (more)
Story
After switching from journalism to teaching, I found that my backseat can hold exactly 88 large English high school textbooks.
Pros
Nice interior. Roomy for a small car. Good trunk space. Incredibly gas efficient.
Cons
Not incredibly visually appealing.

The dealership was great in term of service. The person who sold the car to us helped us worked out a fantastic deal with payments. He was also a very nice guy and didn't pressure us into anything we didn't want.

My dad had them competing with another Honda dealer. These were extremely nice and worked hard at helping me with my first car purchase.
