I have loved owning this vehicle. I decided to buy a Ford Focus after driving many cars through a car rental company for work. After driving several Ford Focus cars, I knew it was the right fit for me. Not only is it cute and comes in great colors, but it is very affordable. There are only two things I have not like about the car. First, the radio has had issues, which is quite common with the year of car I have. Even when the car was turned off, you could hear it crackling (so loud that I could hear it with the doors closed and about 30 feet from the car). The only way for me to get it to stop making the noise was to remove the fuse for the radio. Now I have no radio. Secondly, the year of car I have has had transmission issues where the car jerks when accelerating from a start. Ford has extended the warranty to 100,000 miles, but the parts that are replaced through the warranty also have the same issue. I've had the system reset three times and two new parts installed. Other than those two issues, I've had no problems. Having my car worked on at Ford with the warranty has been super easy. Despite being a compact car, there is plenty of room for people sitting in the backseat. The backseat folds down, so you can place larger items in the trunk and car. This was very helpful when buying a ladder from Ikea. I fit about an eight-foot ladder through the trunk into the car and was able to close the trunk! If you're looking for a compact, cute car, with amazing gas mileage, I highly recommend a Ford Focus.

I have very much enjoyed owning this car. The gas mileage is wonderful. The ride is much more quite than other compact vehicles I have ridden in. I am not a tall person but can see very well at all angles.
