The 2014 Ford Focus has many great features however, the one thing I do not like is the motor that they put in them. It makes it feel like your transmission is slipping. Other than that its roomy, great gas mileage, and very affordable.

Driving to Ocean City, MD. It was the first vacation we took in our Ford Focus and when I let my husband drive and he loved it.

The motor that ford now uses. It switches gears automatically and makes it feel as if your transmission is slipping from time to time.

I bought this car for my girlfriend since it was what she wanted. It did look nice and had low mileage at the time.
Story
My girlfriend really liked it for style.
Pros
Fairly roomy. Nice body style.
Cons
Noisy, sounds like a cheap pickup truck when it is started up. Very low MPG for a car so small (maybe 29 combined MPG). The worst problem was the crappy automatic transmission. There is a seal in it that has a habit of blowing out, resulting in replacing the transmission. Big bucks to repair!
