I am a major fan of the interior. Honda did a great job designing a high-tech, sturdy machine from the inside out. Everything feels solid, and I really enjoy the look and feel of the Si trim. As far as "drivability" is concerned, the 2.4 Liter i-4 VTEC is tons of fun for a 4-cylinder engine. The transmission feels a bit groggy to get into first and/or second, but all gears afterwards are usually a smooth shift. The k24 engine provides more torque low in the rev-band, and it makes a difference. I anticipate that all components will embody the reliability that Honda is renowned for. I'm averaging 28 MPG, which is stellar considering how hard I push the engine. Complaints are that the finish shows blemishes too easily, and for the price, the Si offers a bit less on paper than competin... (more)

The Honda Civic Hybrid is exactly what you'd imagine it is. When I purchased the car, I had and idea of the kind of gas mileage and space I would need to get me from point A to point B. I don't like that the hybrid battery is going to have to be replaced sometime in the future with a higher price tag, but for the past 30,000 miles, it has lasted. The car handles well, and there are very few problems that I have experienced that are due to the manufacturing of the car.
Story
I was in the city and a lady in front of me had a hard time trying to parallel park her sedan. After the fourth try, she just drove off and I pulled right in on the first try. The Civic was smaller and had a nice fit for the spot.
Pros
This vehicle gets great gas mileage. No matter how old it is, it still performs well enough to handle getting over 300 miles in a tank. The tank holds roughly 12 gallons and doesn't cost much to fill. Easy to park since it has a smaller frame.
Cons
The top negative is that it will cost me a bit to replace the hybrid battery when it dies. At that point, I will look into getting a new car. I will probably purchase a new hybrid model and see how long the battery will last. So far, it has lasted my car over ten years, which is a good amount of time. Sometimes I would wish there were a little more power when trying to accelerate.

The staff was excellent to work with, they beat the competition's price and still provided us with a cargo rack and luggage carrier.

Pearson treated me like a member of the family instead of a typical 'walk-in' like other dealerships did while I was searching for a new car.
