2014 Ford Fusion - It's sporty, fun, and handles great.
I like how sporty it feels. It handles great and looks pretty sharp. I got the turbo version with sporty hubcaps so it looks more expensive than it was. It does well in the snow which is very important. I have had no major issues with the car at all. The gas mileage isn't the best but it's probably around average.
Story
My wife actually mistook it in a parking lot for a Mercedes. She there's a nice car and said it probably a Mercedes. I told her that was my car and she couldn't believe it!
Pros
It is sporty and handles great. I like how it looks sitting in a car parking lot. The stereo system sounds good. It does well in snow. It sits low to the ground so it feels like a sports car. I have had no major issues at all.
Cons
The gas mileage is around average especially if I kick the turbo in. It doesn't have a huge trunk but that's not too big of a deal to me.
2015 Ford Fusion - Great on gas and in most road conditions.
First, the car can get about 500 miles to a full tank of gas. I do drive mostly highway so for a city driver this may be slightly different. The car feels very secure and it feels like it is solid and not just a big piece of plastic. The frame of the car seems to sit a little wide which I like because it handles the turns with ease. If I were to not pick, the sync system could be built better. I have the 4 cylinder eco boost so pick up is not great but it is all I need to get to highway speed in time.
Story
I have almost got in a couple accidents from people switching lanes, but sensors warned me so I could avoid them.
Pros
Gas mileage. I get very good highway gas millage 500/fill up. Handles really well. The car sits a little low to the ground but has a wide frame and can take the turns well. I car pool and adults fit well into the back set. The sound system is pretty good without any upgrade packages. It is sleek looking. It is a car that I would not be uncomfortable taking a client out in.
Cons
The sync system could be a little better. You really have to speak in sections. The non primary phone connected to the car does not automatically sync if the primary is not in the car. The navigation is a little touchy and makes you distracted when you are trying to get info.
