2013 Ford Explorer - Cool car to have.
This has been one of my favorite cars. I will mention here why I loved it (I had it for 3 years and sold it few months ago). It is very comfortable car. I totally liked the exterior styling and interior design. It had great performance. It is also a reliable car. It was one of my favorites. We bought it new, and it was so easy to maneuver and very smoothly to ride it . In my opinion, it was very safe to drive, and since we have a big family, we always look for 7-passenger vehicles, and that was one of them. Plus, it was very economical. All in all, one of my favorites, and now that I'm thinking about it, I miss it a lot. I would recommend it to anyone, especially to ladies out there looking for a great car to ride.
Story
That was like our family car, and we used to go as a family in fun places around our area, filled with lot of memories--and this car was perfect to ride, extremely roomy for a big family.
Pros
Economical, seven-passenger vehicle, cool design, and quality car. Exhilarating performance in Explorer Sport, and as a mom, also I liked the cargo room behind the third row: more room to put kids' stuff.
Cons
Not enough room in second row, especially legroom.
2015 Ford Explorer - Amazing Vehicle!
A few weeks after purchasing the vehicle, we had to unexpectedly take it on a trip of a thousand miles. If that doesn't pressure test a vehicle I don't know what will. It drives well and gets good gas mileage, about 22.5mpg in the streets and hills of Massachusetts. The Bluetooth connection works pretty well but sometimes has trouble locating a phone, so that can be obnoxious. The storage space is adequate, provided you aren't moving a whole house or any great deal of items.
Story
During that impromptu trip of a thousand miles, we spent a few months in Massachusetts taking care of my grandmother. The people that lived near her very quickly recognized the red SUV that kept pulling into their parking lot, and that was how they recognized us. We were the people with the red SUV.
Pros
The car drives well and is easy to control. The gas mileage is great for a vehicle of its size, and its maneuverability is great for a front wheel drive. The climate controls work well and keep the vehicle at the right temperature. The seat can also be adjusted in a variety of different ways to make sure it's comfortable all the time.
Cons
The Bluetooth is finicky, and sometimes doesn't like to connect to the phone which is pretty annoying. While it likes to boast large storage space, if you're moving a lot of things, it won't fit and you're going to need a trailer. Sometimes the cupholders rattle, too.
