A Quality Review of the 2005 Ford Ranger Truck
My 2005 Ford Ranger has a four cylinder engine and an extended cab body. The overall performance of the truck over the years has been very surprising. For a mid range vehicle, not only has the performance and durability been solid but the fuel efficiency has been steady for over 10 years. The vehicle has remained a solid go to vehicle for trips to and from work as well as trips while pulling a small cargo trailer.
