2000 Honda Accord - Probably better when it was newer.

I bought this car recently and it had 264,000 miles on it. Still a pretty nice car, good power, but it definitely has some issues with the axle and suspension. Someone inexperienced messed with the stereo and speakers and so I have problems there, am not sure if the original car had a good stereo. The fuel economy is great for a midsize vehicle. The front and backseat are both roomy and comfortable. If I was stranded somewhere, this car would be comfortable enough for me to hunker down for the night. This car has proven to be reliable so far and I think if it wasn't so old I would recommend to any one of my friends whether they had children or not.
Story
The car is zippy so I can jump ahead of other people starting at a stoplight.
Pros
I normally average 29 mpg! The front and backseat are both roomy and comfortable
Cons
It clunks and wobbles quite a bit when I drive. Stereo and speakers work improperly (previous owner) Also one of the belts is the wrong size (again, previous owners fault)

This is a reliable car that gets decent fuel economy. I can get about 27 mpg highway and city combined on average. It has a good amount of power and lots of space. It was a top safety pick in 2006.
Story
We took this car through the Great Smoky Mountains over very primitive roads and she made it through like a champ!
Pros
Aside from standard oil changes whenever the light comes on this car has been very easy to maintain with very few major repairs. The front brakes were replaced once (after over 100k miles). The rear brakes have been replaced twice. A new timing belt was put on at 100k miles and new control arms at 110k. But the first 100k miles or so were very low cost maintenance items such as oil changes and brake pads.
Cons
Headlights seem to not illuminate well. There is a known defect with the power steering pump hose but the dealership will replace it under recall.

Although this car is old, it sure has been a trooper. I purchased this car used when I was 16 which was more than a few years ago, and it is just now starting to give out on me. I haven't had too many problems since I purchased it except for here recently. I had an o2 sensor go out last year and the air conditioner no longer works, sometimes the car just sputters and dies for a while but eventually starts back up again. Overall the car has lasted a long, long time and has well over 100,000 miles on it. I don't really like the design of the car anymore because it is so old and outdated. Other than that, the inside is nice and comfortable.
Story
from maryland to alabama to north carolina and back numerous times!
Pros
Good car, good gas mileage, gets from A to B, comfortable ride, lots of space, cheap.
Cons
Old, ugly, no air conditioning is a bummer, sorta hard to drive.
