The VW Passat was very beautifully styled, and I got many compliments on it from friends and strangers. The car had leather seats with heaters and all kind of electronic seat adjustments, so it was more than comfortable. It even had a memory function to remember your seat positions exactly! The car sat five comfortably with plenty of legroom to spare. The trunk was also very spacious, in my car it held two large subwoofers with plenty of room to spare for groceries and random equipment. The real downsides were the gas mileage and maintenance costs.

The car is a car that anyone can hop into and love it to death from the start. When I first bought the car, I had VW in mind because before the Passat I owned a Jetta and the vehicle preformed fine the entire time. But the old girl ran out on me, so I decided to go VW again, and for good reason. The '08 Passat really works out because it has a sleek interior, great gas mileage, and is a really good car for anyone that really doesn't know much about cars in the first place. What you have to keep in mind about the car is that is not of American design or make. It is German. Germans do very different things with their cars, they gas cap is on the opposite side, the door lock mechanism can seem a bit strange, but after all of that, you should have a car that you know and love to the core!
