I have a Honda Accord. I really like how easy it is to take care of it. The features of the car is very simple, really nothing that was difficult to figure out without reading the instruction manual. The pros are that I never had a problem with the car, not even minor things. It is been more than a decade, but it still runs great, and is relatively inexpensive considering how little I'd have to pay to maintain it. I also like the color of it, it is a beige color. So it is not very easy for it to get dirty. Unlike black or white cars, this color is really low-maintenance. The car drives great too, even though it is an older car, it still drives very smoothly, and I get reasonably good mileage with my Honda. So I'd say, overall, I'm very satisfied with it. The cons are few, the only thin... (more)
Story
I almost ran out of gas in Charlotte NC while driving through there, because I had my cellphone on the dashboard, and it was raining a lot so I was paying attention to the road for the most part. And about a long time when the light had already turned red, did I realize that I was out of gas, it gave me quite a fright.
Pros
My car is very affordable, low maintenance, and does relatively well on mileage. I don't think I've ever encountered any major or minor issues with this car. It is also easy to keep clean, I have a beige Honda, so dust and dirt do not really show as apparently, making this a great choice as to not have to take it to the car wash so much. In addition, the size of it is just right, it's not too small where it may seem flimsy, and it's not too bulky where I would have trouble parking it conveniently living in the city. Overall, it is a great car, and it has served me extremely well over the y... (more)
Cons
The top negatives would be that it is not very sturdy car, and that the heating and cooling feature usually take a bit of time to kick in. It also may not have the best mileage, although I suspect it is because it is a pretty old car.

I purchased this car used with about 75,000 miles on it. It was a great-looking and performing car. At over 200,000 miles, it still has a lot of pep and is comfortable overall. I like that even though it is a sedan, it feels great on the road. I am determined to drive the wheels off!
Story
I always laugh at people that start to take off at a light when their lane is not yet moving. I was pregnant (mommy brain - that's my story and I'm sticking to it) stopped at a light. The lane next to me was a turn lane and started moving. I reacted and ran into the truck in front of me! Completely shocked me, as I was in a total fog. This was six years ago, and my hood is still bent in the front.
Pros
This car has well over 200,000 miles and has been incredibly reliable. I had to replace the transmission about 100,000 miles and went ahead and did the water pump, rear main seal, and timing belt. Other than those items and maintenance, I have not had a single issue. It runs great and feels great on the road.
Cons
I purchased the vehicle with about 75,000 miles with a certified 100,000-mile warranty. Around 100,000 miles, I took it to the dealer for a final service and complained that it was having power problems at a certain RPM. They said it could be a number of things. About 5,000 miles later, I took it for service because the problem was getting worse...only to discover it was a failing transmission. I went ahead and scheduled the transmission change before it failed. It was disappointing, since I had purchased this model year thinking I was out of the risky transmission years.
