I happened to find this car from an online seller and went over that day to see it. It started right up and drove but the A/C would kick in only once in awhile. I got it for less than three grand with only 100k miles and drove it home. It doesn't have anything fancy, but it gets great gas mileage and beats the hell out of walking to places. Other than fixing the A/C, it's been a great car.

I love my car.

The quality of my 2013 Honda Accord EX-L is excellent. It drives very smooth and feels like I am floating on air. I love that it has a sunroof and XM radio. I also like that it is connected to Honda Link, and if ever stolen, I would be able to locate my car. The seats are heated and comfortable, and the trunk is very big. It's also a Vtec and picks up speed pretty fast. I also bought it with a 100,000 mile warranty, which was an excellent addition to the car.

At Carmax I found a car I liked very quickly. They had a good selection of cars in my price range. The staff was really friendly and helpful and made the experience very easy going. Additionally, they also gave me a fair price when selling my old car. After a few test drives, I settled on a car and was driving it home that very day. I love my new car and I'm totally satisfied with the entire experience.

The dealership had a salesman who gave us inaccurate and incomplete information. When it was brought to their attention, their sales manager took over and made us feel welcome and he rectified the situation. They terminated the salesman who tried to take our information to do a private deal unrelated to our car purchase. They fulfilled all the promises made by the salesman that were not originally included in the cost of the car but we were told were. They gave us hundreds of dollars worth of extras including maintenance that wasn't covered to make up for the behavior of their salesman. We will continue to use this dealership for all our future car purchases.
