The 2015 Honda Civic that I financed was definitely a good investment for me. I prefer the small sedan because all I use it for is commuting to and from work. The only thing I do not like about it is the fact it is a V4, considering the previous car I owned was a V6. Also, for some reason the passenger seat tends to rattle. Unless someone is sitting on it, putting weight to the seat, it rattles on your drive and can be very annoying. Overall let's be real, it is a Honda, those things last forever. You can't really go wrong with it. Drives smooth, maintenance is low, literally nothing wrong with it.
Story
No fun/memorable story unfortunately, it just drives me to work and home every day. Unless you consider sitting in the 405 freeway for hours on end being fun, then yeah it happens all the time.
Pros
The pros that I believe should be highlighted with the Honda is that they last a long time, they require very little maintenance, has very good gas mileage (if you don't compare a stupid Prius). The Honda also has decent trunk space as well. If you are looking for a small car that comes as standard as they can get, basically something to drive you from point A to point B, then the Honda Civic is good for that. It is relatively cheap for the value of other brands that you would normally see, as an example I paid $13k for it, and it was used with only 49K miles on it. The Econ feature is pre... (more)
Cons
Cons of this vehicle are going to be very specific depending on the user's needs. As stated earlier, it is mainly a car to get you from Point A to Point B. It isn't a car you'd want to invest special features into. For example, my car does not come with seat warmers. Depending on the climate you are in, that could be good or bad. Living in Southern California, seat heaters are unnecessary since it doesn't get that cold. Another con is that it is a V4, you almost feel like you have to slam the foot on the gas pedal just to move a decent speed. Going up hills can feel very time consuming.

This is my fourth Civic, and my experience with them has been excellent. The Civic looks great feels great and drives beautifully. Other than general maintenance, I have experienced no problems with these cars. They are reliable and maintain a good resale value. Have wrecked it twice, once in back and once in front, and you can hardly tell if at all. Great gas mileage, about 25-30 mpg. It is cheap to work on and rarely ever has problems, and when and if it does, it's usually minor or just a little kink. Very reliable transportation. Fun to drive, great for learning stick shift if you're a beginner. The car I learned on, I had no idea how to drive a five speed and learned within one–two weeks. It is great for a first car. It is basic but has a nice interior. Other than that, it's a grea... (more)
Story
I purchased this car on Valentine's Day. I really like the comfort and reliability of this car. But, I've had this car since college and two moves (NC and MD). And now with two kids, I am up to 107,00 miles. It's great, basic car. My Civic has had the muffler replaced (salty roads in MD) but no other major repairs, easy to care for, and runs wonderfully. Very good for city commutes and long di... (more)
Pros
Easy to drive. Low-cost ownership and operation. In addition to being easy to operate, the Civic is highly efficient with highway fuel economy rated up to 41 mpg. I was pretty impressed with how well this car handles. It's a V4 with an econ button, so I get on average, 34-37 miles to the gallon. It's my work commute car. It's got a great dashboard, mostly digital, except for some reason the RPM gauge. It has a hidden USB connector in the center console where I plug in my flash drive and have 20 gigs of my own music that it handles just fine. I wish it would display the music art, as it dis... Cons
My only complaint about the car would be that I wish the road noise was significantly lower and that it could accelerate faster.
