My Honda Civic is an awesome automobile. It is compact without feeling cramped. It gets fantastic gas mileage and is great for long trips. It rides smoothly and quietly. The trunk space is plentiful. It is a great car for my kids to grow up with and learn to drive in. I feel safe driving around town with my 3 precious cargos. The radio is easy to use, and the steering wheel controllers are great. The heating and air conditioning are very powerful for such a little car. Sometimes it's a little scary out there on the road with all of the SUVs surrounding you. When an 18 wheeler passes you, it's not fun. We take lots of long road trips in it, and you can't beat the gas mileage, but it gets a little uncomfortable. We don't have room for any extra passengers, so that's hard when the ki... (more)
Story
We are able to get some really good prime parking spots at the Germantown Festival because it is small enough to squeeze into tight spaces!
Pros
Compact size, good gas mileage, and quiet ride. My favorite features are the heated seats and smooth ride.
Cons
So low to the ground, hard to get in and out. The airbag recall was a pain, but Honda did the best they could to remedy it efficiently.

2007 Honda Civic - Good for the price.

With a Honda Civic, you get what you pay for. There are no fancy bells and whistles, just what is necessary. I liked my car just fine for as long as I had it. It got me through college as a single guy and was even good when I got married. However, when we had our first child, it did not work out as well. A Honda Civic is not made to be a family car and hold strollers and lots of extra stuff. Now my car is a bit older, I like that I don't have to take care of it. The paint has flaked off (twice), the sun visors have fallen down and won't fold back up, and the tires get worn irregularly. But Hondas will last for well over 200,000 miles.
Story
Back in high school, there were many fun times had in that car…
Pros
Fun car to drive. Standard transmission. Price. Will last for over 200,000 miles and get you from point A to point B. No pressure to keep it perfectly pristine.
Cons
Not a luxury car by any means. Does not stand up the greatest to wear and tear. The tires have worn irregularly the whole time I have had the car. This has led to getting them replaced more frequently than most other cars. The sun visors fall down and stop working over time. I have seen this in many Civics, not just mine. The paint color on my car flakes off like crazy. Again, many other cars the same color too, not just mine.

The dealership gave me a fair price and approved my financing. They are courteous, professional, and willing to listen to customer needs. I have purchased or leased sever cars from them over the years. Their service managers are well trained and friendly.
