This was my dream car. Since I started driving it was the only car I wanted. I now have over 90,000 miles on the car and haven't had many problems with the car. The only problem I've ever really had was the rotors and brake pads wore down quickly and I had to have them replace a couple years in a row. Other than that minor fix the car has run perfectly. The car runs smoothly without many rattles. I wish the turning radius was a little better on the car. Overall I still love the car. I get decent gas mileage, somewhere between 27-34 mpg.
Story
We used to live on a huge hill and one day it was snowing so I came home early from work and I made it home just in time. The snow was just getting thick enough that the car just barely made it up the hill. But we made it!
Pros
I think its cute, compact, runs smooth, good gas mileage, I like the tire pressure gage, I love the blue lights on the dashboard inside, the car has a convenient oil life meter that tells you the percentage of oil life that is left.
Cons
I've had some rotor and brake problems, the seats are a little uncomfortable, the turning radius is bad, there are some odd blind spots, five people in the car fit a little snuggly. I wish the car had more options, like an outside temperature gage, heated seats, side window defrosters, and while my car has a remote for automatic locks there is not an automatic trunk opener.

The Honda Civic is the most reliable car I have ever owned. I purchased it new way back in '97 and I am still driving it today. The DX model's 4 cylinder engine has all the torque I need to get me where I am going.
Story
We drive this vehicle to the Long Beach Kite Festival every summer. It's so much fun!
Pros
The fuel efficiency is a spectacular 23 mpg city and 27-30 mpg highway. The interior is comfortable and quite roomy with plenty of leg room for a family of four (don't forget Fido!). It's so roomy, in fact, that I even put my kayak in it! I just flip the seats down, slide it in and voila, I'm off to the river.
Cons
Regular maintenance comes around quite often (and even more so as the mileage gets higher) and that can get a little spendy depending on where you go. The dealership will always be the most expensive option but shopping around will often net you a certified Honda mechanic that can take care of your ride for a fraction of what the dealership will charge. One other thing to mention is that this vehicle is a target for car thieves so invest in a steering wheel lock like The Club. It won't keep the hard core thieves away but it'll keep the meth heads out.
