Purchased a Honda Cr-V the first year after they re-vamped it. I love the make and look of the car. It functions well and I feel safe driving it, but I have had several issues with sensors going out on the vehicle. I have had to replace sensors for the tire pressure, air bag, and locks among others. Had extensive issues with door lock and had to go back to the dealer at least 4 times.
Story
We bought this car right before our wedding, moved into our first home with this car and brought our son home from the hospital in it. Lots of family memories in it.
Pros
It's paid off! Looks great and love the interior. Lots of space/storage for moving items and it's a pretty decent family car. Rides well and I feel safe driving with my family in it. Service/Goodwill get a 5 star rating for the most part - have had a few service issues but most were resolved after pushing for correction.
Cons
Have had to replace tires 3 times (well within average mileage). Struts have always had to be replaced twice. This car gets mainly city driving with a bit of highway. The amount of problems liken it more to a commuter car that gets excessive miles each day. Extensive problems with the door lock system. Have had sensors randomly go out - tire pressure, door locks, air bag, etc.

This is a pretty straightforward car that can get me from Point A to Point B and gives me some good utility with a fairly generous trunk for the size of the car. I could definitely take this camping or store my work tools in it. The gas pedal and brakes are a little squishy but they overall feel pretty good to use.
Story
I've had this car for less than a year so I don't have any memorable moments yet.
Pros
The utility of the car is just right for me. It has enough trunk space for me to fit tools and other items in without making the car too big and bulky. Drives just like a compact car despite it being bigger.
Cons
What annoys me most is the door lock. The unlock button on the key needs to be pushed twice in order to unlock all the doors and if you don't open a door within a short period of time, the doors lock themselves back up. This is very annoying since I have to carry many tools to my car and usually have my hands full. I'll unlock the car, pick up all of my stuff and walk to the trunk. Usually by the time I get there the car locks itself again so I have to place everything on the ground, fish my keys out of my pocket, unlock the car, pick every thing back, then place it in the trunk. I don't know if I'd call it "the best", but I got what I needed out of it (a car), when I needed it, and it's in the area. I haven't personally shopped for cars before, so I can't really compare it to other dealers.

This dealership was very accommodating to my needs and desires. I didn't feel pressured at all at this location, unlike some of the other locations I have been to. I felt very comfortable making my purchase here and had no regrets.
