Affordable and efficient. Have had no issues with the car so far and one of the few you can find allowing manual transmission. Offered a great warranty so there is little issue with fear of a breakdown and my single dead battery was fixed on the spot with the free auto service. Gas mileage is great and no issues with the power. Somewhat lacking in extras, but those mean little to me and is more a function that car companies assume manual transmission means you want as little as possible inside the car as well. Only main concern is the horribly designed key fob, the trunk button get pressed by the strap so the trunk will pop open from the keys being in your pocket.

I like this vehicle. The amount of gas I have saved as prices of gas have fluctuated is unreal. The car has a strong body with very little plastic on the exterior. I like this car also because it uses little to no oil. What does that mean? Fewer oil changes and longevity. I have 170,000 miles on this thing with hardly any work done to it. The car has a few flaws however. The paint faded on these cars, and I have seen that with many others. The sealing around the window is broken causing a leak. Other than that, nothing is too bad about a Hyundai Elantra. The car is also easy to work on because everything is spread apart under the hood and is not clumped together.
