I bought my 2013 Hyundai Elantra pre-owned with 25,000 miles, and it now has 126,000 miles. I was an Uber driver for about three years full time, so I was on the road constantly and have extensive experience with it. There are a lot of pros to owning the vehicle. It's comfortable and handles easily. It integrates with your smartphone wonderfully. However, because it's about the least expensive of any car that Consumer Reports would consider a quality car, the manufacturer did scrimp on some things, which is to be expected.
Story
Like I stated earlier, I was an Uber driver for three years and completed 2,700 trips along the way. My most memorable pickup request is when I picked up a famous person. I took the drummer from the band Uncle Cracker to his rehearsal before a summer concert event.
Pros
Mainly the technology is what I am most impressed with. You can synch your device with the vehicles Bluetooth, and that is excellent with navigation and entertainment. All your passengers can synch their own devices to your car's Bluetooth. Also, for a sedan of this size, the trunk is especially spacious. I have fit checked and carry-on luggage for all four of my passengers at once in the trunk. The vehicle was full, and I took all my passengers to the airport successfully. Also, there are two settings for the air conditioning: A/C and Max A/C. My passengers were very impressed with Max A/... (more)
Cons
Disadvantages: The axle boots leak and have to be replaced frequently. The sway bar linkages also become loose and have to be replaced. They are terrible driving over potholes. The factory OEM battery that came with the car was terrible. I needed a lot of help from people with jumper cables. Which brings me to my next point: There is no audible alarm to remind you that your lights are on (only a small green LED on the dash, so if you're absent minded like me, you might to forget to shut off your lights during the day). I got into an accident and hit a deer, and on both occasions, my airbag... (more)

My Hyundai Elantra is a good car, overall. I can start with the performance of it. It's not too slow, and I don't have to slam my foot on the acceleration to move fast enough. The brakes are strong as well; however, I do notice that the brakes almost resist my foot when going over a bump or even a slight pothole on the road. O haven't experienced this with other cars, and it does make me nervous when I go over a bigger pothole. The fuel economy is great. Before the pandemic, I could drive to work 13 miles one way five times a week, and not have to get gas for two weeks. This would include my weekend trips, going over 30 miles one way. The interior is nice. It's cloth, and the seat goes back far, so I can take nice, comfortable naps in the middle of the workday when I need them. Sleep i... (more)
Story
I took it to the beach, and I was able to fit everything. The trunk has a lot of space, and the seats move enough to accommodate other things. It was great because my last car couldn't have done that as well, so the trip to the beach felt more comfortable and less cramped.
Pros
Comfort of seats, good gas mileage, good style/character of outside of vehicle.
Cons
Brakes give resistance sometimes, seats promote forward shoulders.

Back when I bought a car, I went to several different dealerships, only two were Hyundai. The that I ended up buying at this dealership cost less than what another dealership offered. I didn't have any problem, there was no hassle, and they even gave me a loyalty discount on account that the car I was driven there in was also a Hyundai. This was a few years ago, but of all the times I have been there for warranty service, there was never any hassle.

1. Ease of access. Located on a highway with several other dealers, so it seems like an obvious choice. 2. Affordability. All of their cars are reasonably priced. 3. Selection. They have the best selection in anyone's price range. 4. Quality. They only sell used cars that are practically new. 5. Customer service. The employees were kind, courteous, and helpful. I did not feel harassed.
