Used Nissan Versa for Sale in Flemington, NJ

Vera, my Nissan Versa, is a good little car. It is not as small as people assume, and not as big as a sedan. I love the seats and the conveniently placed temperature and CD controls. I am very happy with the gas mileage, which is about 34 MPG during my commute into work each day. I am also fairly impressed with the air conditioning and the wiper variations considering that it is a very basic version of the car. I paid what I consider a very good price for the vehicle; it was a good value. The Versa only has a few things I don't like. The engine, though adequate, is small and works very hard trying to go up big hills and is not able to get up to speed very well. The brakes are good and the suspension works well. The heat takes a bit to get up to comfortable levels in the winter. The battery died at about the five year mark, but that wasn't a difficult change. Overall the car is a very good deal, and if/when it ever dies I will likely purchase another one. This car is the good personality of the car world.

The car is very light and so uses less gas than my last car. The hatchback and foldable seats are extremely useful and great for hauling mid-sized things like twin mattresses and some Ikea furniture. The trim has been coming loose, both interior and exterior, since the day we got the car, and that is a huge downside. It also takes turns strangely and often causes the wheels, no matter how often we replace them, to squeal. It is large enough to carry a good amount of hiking and camping gear, such as tents, backpacks, and food supplies, while being small enough to fit into strange parking spots and the like. It is a common car to see on the road, which means it blends in at times, and I think that is a positive. It also was relatively inexpensive and has been very reliable as far as maintenance goes and has needed no major work in the nearly four years we've owned the car. It is extremely reliable, and it isn't bad to look at either. It could use some more features inside, but the non-complicated features have meant that no major issues with the dashboard or any other part of the interior of the car, with the exception of the trim.
