I was looking for a good used vehicle at a decent price. His ad had said that cash talks. I took a test drive and came back and made a cash offer. He countered back. As I was leaving, he told me he would accept my cash offer that day. I didn't go back that day. Two days later, I went back with the cash. He said that the offer was only good for the one day. As I was walking out, he decided to take the offer. The guy will deal with you, if you have the cash. I got a decent vehicle at a great price.
