All of the staff were very helpful. Nobody rushed me to a decision, and I was able to get information about different vehicles before making my decision.

I think they are way over priced and they don't have fast service they make you wait forever for a response about your car if its serviced.

Straight off the bat my parents were concerned to put me in a car, especially a small one. A truck was out of the question as I didn't need a bed to store things in and was looking for something that could bring me back and forth to school. We settled on a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo at 89,000 miles. Coming from a 1991 Toyota Camry that could barely go 50 mph, this was a great upgrade. I had more than enough room to bring along anything I wanted to with a large trunk. I had a roof rack as well if I needed it. And it ran like a top even as an 04'. The paint was good, only a few scratches and rust around the antenna.
Story
This was around 5 months into driving the jeep, around the time the fuel injector went. I had to follow my father to drop off his truck, as we were driving on the highway I couldn't go over 50 mph. I was getting sworn at, people giving me dirty looks, the whole nine just because I couldn't go 65 mph. My dad called me up asking where I was, and I told him I was around the corner. He didn't beli... (more)
Pros
The best things about my jeep, have to be that I still have it to this day. Currently at 110,000 miles. Its served me well these past four years. I rarely travel far, only the occasional trip from home to college ~240 miles. But it sticks it out and only eats up half a tank.
Cons
After about a year having the jeep, I had to replace the fuel injector. The jeep came with 3 different tires, which was odd. Side mirror needed a few zip ties to hold her on. Before swapping out the tires it hit bumps and holes terribly, you would be bouncing in your seat. After changing the 3 oddballs for some good year all weather tires, it was smooth sailing.

I have always wanted a Jeep, and I was finally able to get one. When I was in the market for a new car, I knew I was getting a Jeep. I have always loved them. The second I got into the car, I knew I had to have it. The space the it provided, the smooth ride, and power were what I wanted. I always enjoy getting in the car, and going out for a drive. I also like it because it allows me to help others buy hauling things for them. One down side is the amount of gas that it uses. It is a gas guzzler, but since I have gotten it, I have been able to look past that.
Story
I recently was able to help my good friends move into her new house with her fiancée. I was really happy that I was able to help, and pack up my car to move stuff for them. The smiles on their faces when we got their stuff into the house was priceless!
Pros
Great power, smooth ride, comfortable interior.
Cons
The gas that it sucks up.
