I had my first cart totaled by the insurance agency. He got me into another car with one day.

I purchased a car from here in January of 2014. I received great service and the salesman listened to what I was looking for and tried his best o find a car the fit my needs. Unfortunately, I wish I would have chosen a different car. I cannot put total blame on the dealership but I have had numerous problems out of this car since I purchased it. I recently went back to try and trade the vehicle in and was very unsatisfied with the options available to me. Ultimately I remained with the same vehicle.

We have had this jeep for about 4 years now. Just this year we had to start getting something fixed on it here and there but that was to be expected because it was not a brand new car. The jeep was in wonderful condition when we got it and it already had 130,000 miles on it which sounds like a big mistake but it wasn't. We have driven and added over 60,000 miles on it since we've had it and it is still holding up quite well. The only problem we've really seem to have is we will need to replace the muffler soon and the right hand speaker could use a new one. The back seats fold down for when it's needed, the trunk is super spacious. We can go grocery shopping and have a double stroller in there. The driving is very smooth and easy. The steering wheel seems to have this light flow that i... (more)
Story
When we first got this jeep and we would have friends over and we all wanted to go to a restaurant to get a quick bite to eat; instead of everyone driving separate we would all pile six people in the seats and put another two or three in the trunk. They weren't in a typical trunk of course its like they were right there with us.
Pros
Very easy to manipulate in any way needed. Holds up well even with a lot of miles on it. Very spacious. Speakers sound good, like non manufacture speakers. Bright lights. Has a cozy feel to all of the interior.
Cons
Muffler could last longer and the speakers hold up better against loud music. The front windshield could be a little bigger or the help handle on the insides not be as big going towards the front window. Makes it a little hard for the driver to check for other cars at stop signs.

I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. This vehicle comes with excellent quality. I currently have over 125K miles and there have been no major issues or repairs other than routine maintenance. Our package is a high end Laredo, so we have leather seats, moon roof, and other amenities such as keyless entry and navigation. Even though we do not have the top of the line option, it feels luxurious and spacious. The cargo space is appropriate for our family size. We bought the vehicle used, at which time it was only two years old. Because of this, we have a very manageable payment for the amenities of the car.
Story
Our kids are teenagers, but not yet old enough to drive, so they are with us often. Our oldest will be able to drive soon. We took her to a local parking lot to give her some basic driving lessons. She was nervous and excited all at the same time. She almost hit a light pole in the parking lot.
Pros
The top pros about this vehicle are the amenities and the Jeep brand. We have leather seats, power everything, navigation, blue tooth, satellite radio, keyless entry, remote start, and a backup camera. Although these features are becoming more standard, they are not always. We recently had a rental, which was also a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, and it had none of these amenities. The Jeep brand also carries an amount of respect. I have a friend who is able to buy very high end cars and she loves my Jeep as well. She said you can buy the lowest model Jeep and it still looks and feels l... (more)
Cons
A negative about the vehicle is that there is not a third row option. We have three teenagers and they have enough room in the backseat, even for long trips. However, they are not able to bring friends because we do not have that third row. I think that Jeep should make an option that includes a third row somehow. The other negative is that the four-wheel drive is automatic. Only the high-end models offer an option where the driver can manually activate four-wheel drive. As a four-wheel drive vehicle, I think this option should be standard.
