The people were professional, listened to me when I told them what I was looking for, and treated me well. They were flexible with the price of the vehicle, and I ended up getting a good deal. The buying process was about on par with most other dealerships I've dealt with in the past the usual expected paperwork, but they made me comfortable while I was waiting. Overall it was a positive experience, and I'd purchase from them again.

The thing that made the dealership great was the sales person. Chris was really awesome. I had previously purchased a vehicle from him and knew he was someone I could trust. I was currently upside down on my vehicle loan, but Chris was able to work with me and get me into a new car with a lower payment.

My Jeep Cherokee SRT8 is both powerful and roomy. Upon take-off, it feels like the wheels are dragging the Earth far behind the car. The acceleration is immediate, blowing out other unfortunate sports-car drivers or those who have tuned-up older models of foreign cars from the beginning of the stoplight. While on the highway, the truck runs smoothly in both speed and control. The quality of driving the car is the best part about it, not only is it fast but it's great for those who want speed, room and mobility. I have used this Cherokee to pickup groups of 5-7 people, transport medium-sized furniture, bikes, and other objects. The Cherokee is convenient for getting to places fast and has saved me, and many friends plenty of money on moving expenses. The highway mileage seems to be on p... (more)
Story
My favorite stories concerning the Cherokee would have to do with saving plenty of money from having to rent U-Haul's. Of course, this meant that the furniture wasn't massive, because in no means am I trying to say that a Cherokee replaces a U-Haul. But for my young professional, recently graduated university friends, we didn't have much to move. It was perfect, and we spent the money on beer ... (more)

The Jeep Grand Cherokee is a very attractive vehicle. The Limited edition boasts every option available: heated leather seats, moonroof, towing packing, automatic everything!, and a very strong 8 cylinder engine coupled with the smart Quad drive 4wd system. The exterior is sleek and consistent, less boxy, and with no trims for a very fluid look. The interior boasts wood trimming, heated leather seating, individual climate control, the back seats fold down for massive space adjustments and the Bose entertainment system in phenomenal. Underneath the hood lurks a massive v8 engine. The towing strength is immense. This machine will pull almost anything. The 4wd system will definitely guarantee that you will never be stuck whether it rains, snows, or you are driving in a 1 ft. mud puddle. ... (more)
Story
Slipped off the highway after driving on black ice, went upon a snow bank that was about 2 feet talk. Got stuck since there was no traction as tires were not touch anything hard. Dug around tires until the ground could be felt. Shifted into 4Low and inched out the snow bank easily.
Pros
The strength, towing capacity, luxury, heated seats, smart 4wd and easy off-roading capability.
Cons
The price point, maintenance and reliability, the low mpg and the above average sway when towing on highway.
