While the 2004 model of the Optima is one of the originals, it definitely hangs with the rest. This car has lasted a long time and is very dependable. It offers a very smooth ride and good gas mileage, especially considering the price it was originally purchased at. While this car is quite low to the ground, it is still relatively easy to get in and out of. I have taken it on a few road trips over the life of the car and it has performed exceptionally well - I have not encountered a single hiccup during the trips. The trunk is quite large which helps compliment taking it on road trips. Also, if need be, the rear seats can be let down to allow quick and easy access into the trunk. For being almost 10 years old, the car is still quite stylish. It may not look like the newer Optima’s, however, compared to the majority of the cars on the road, it looks quite new. There is ample seating space and room for five people. Even when the car is completely full, it does not feel over-crowded and uncomfortable. It may not be the quickest car on the road, but it makes up for it in convenience and comfort!

I love this little car. Don't let the low price fool you, it has tons of features. I love that it gets good gas mileage. It is also a solid little performing car. I have had no problems with it.
