They were courteous when I arrived, let me try everything I wanted, gave me all the information I was looking for and when it came time purchase; it was so simple. There was not that song and dance where you spend 3 hours arguing with the "man behind the curtain" about how you want them to take off the made-up markups like "Under-coating" or "Extra Security Systems"; they walked out with what the car booked for, how much the trade was worth, subtracted the one from the other and that was it, that was our price.
