Overall good vehicle
Overall, a good vehicle. Pickup is good, comparable to the V6in the Escape. Mileage is better, though not as good as some on here indicate. In town averaging 23-24 mpg. However, in winter cold, mileage has dropped to 20-21 mpg. Use of remote start in bitter cold for 10 minutes, mileage drops to 18-19. Sound system is good, but not as good as the system in the '11 Escape. Some on here have complained about the Bluetooth connection. I have been using Pandora and the system works fine. Unlike satellite radio (i.e. Sirius), Pandora is coming through your cellphone first, then to the onboard system. Any problems I have had are with my Android phone connection to Pandora, not with the system built into the vehicle. The winter rubber mats which came with the car (or as an option) are definitely worth getting. Good points are: Appearance, pickup, around town mileage. Haven't had a chance for long highway trip to honestly evaluate highway mileage.

This is my second Mazda. The CX-5 is cute, sporty and has tons of trunk room. As a teacher and a mom of four kids, safety and trunk room is really important. I really appreciate the warning beeps when changing lanes - that is a great feature. The ride is fairly smooth, quiet, and comfortable for the driver as well as the passengers. The leg room in the back is a bit limited, but it is comfortable enough for shorter rides. There are quite a few little cubby holes and storage spaces in the cabin, but I wish there were cup holders on the doors as well. The vehicle's heating and air conditioning is quick and effective. There is no heating/air vents for rear passengers however. I get pretty good mileage on the highways but only standard mileage on streets. The CX-5 is responsive and fairly powerful when changing lanes. I do notice a bit of a lag in power when climbing hills, however. I have received several compliments on my vehicle. Many people believe it is a luxury brand car at first glance. Overall, I am pretty satisfied with my purchase and would recommend the CX-5 to friends and family.

Personable sales people and realistic expectations were met. I wouldn't say this is the best dealership I have ever been to, but the fact that they remained on par with their processes and my wants going into it was a big winner for me. They are also very reputable in my area for their lifetime maintenance and checkup packages for as long as you own your vehicle, not to mention the free car washes when you bring it in for service.

I came in looking to just look at cars. I know that I wanted a new car whether it was new off the lot or a used one. Once I came across the 2015 Mazda 3, I knew it was what I had wanted. It was a pretty easy process at that point as I knew it was what I wanted and I knew what trim level I was interested in. There wasn't any pressure to buy the car and I felt that the staff was very friendly in helping me get a great APR and a fair price on the car. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a car.
