I like how the car has held up over time. I have driven over 200,000 miles and it still runs well. There have been no major issues with the interior electronic components. I have several fond memories of using my car.

It gets me places, but it is not my favorite vehicle.
This is our second Dodge Grand Caravan. Our first was having some major issues and we decided to get a second Caravan to replace it. This caravan is really bare-bones. It has a CD player and power windows, but in general rather bland. Overall, it has been a trustworthy vehicle. It was driven for a cross-country move with a small haul behind and lived to tell the tale. Some issues we have had are whining fans, the rear spoiler and light assembly fell off after a car wash, and sluggish pick-up. The van feels very hollow and creaky, and they grey on grey interior does not help the hollow feeling. I have noticed since moving to a hilly area that it is harder on gas than when living in a flat area. It takes more gas to get it up hills because it is a little heavy and slow. Some good things about the van are stow-away seats in the nibble row as well as in the back (this is a handy place for groceries because the won't go rolling under seats as you hit the breaks). The van is roomy and fairly comfortable, even in long trips. It does well on the interstate. Much better on gas there and can maintain speed well. Perhaps the reason I am not as fond of this one is simply by comparing it to our pervious Caravan. Our previous van was an 06 with DVD player, rear charging portals, plusher seats and the older, softer body style. But in the end, our 08 Caravan is trusty and only a little clunky.
