I purchased this vehicle with over 240K miles on it. Considering the extreme number of miles already on it, the car is great. I have had some issues with radiator fluid leaking, a bad battery, and a broken door panel. However, all of this could be due to bad upkeep by the previous owner. I wish I could have had it from mile 1. So far, the car has mostly been running well. I'm hoping that proper maintenance will keep it that way for a least another 20K miles, if not more.
Story
A friend of mine who does not have a car fell in love with a large citrus tree at our local hardware store. We had to open the sun roof and stick the top of the tree through to be able to get it home. I'm sure we got some odd looks, but the tree made it to her house and is still doing well.
Pros
Comfortable seats, steering wheel controls for the stereo, and cruise control. Still running well at over 240K miles. I love the sun roof.
Cons
Power window mechanism failing on passenger side door. Poorly placed cup holders.

The Pontiac series of cars is great for a first car and has served me for years without issues outside of normal maintenance items. I got mine used with about 50,000 miles on it and am still going strong 6 years and 70,000 miles later. This is a very practical car for somebody who need reliable transportation from point A to point B. Excellent gas mileage, ample trunk space and comfortable enough for long trips. I've driven mine across the country in all terrains and it hasn't let me down yet.
Story
This car was great when I had to move from Indiana to Florida. I have a lot of computer equipment and I was able to fit all of it in this car's deep trunk space.
Pros
What's important to me is simple reliability and functionality. It has enough room to transport normal items (not furniture). Dimensions of the car are good for navigating in a metro area. Has an ample amount of trunk space to move bulky items around. Car can easily be serviced and replaced with non-expensive parts.
Cons
The power window units of this vehicle seem to have problems. I've had to replace 3/4 units during my ownership. Fortunately I was able to have them fix for around $200 a piece.

The salesman were nice. They lead me to the right car and I made the purchase. Due to their person ability, they convinced me to buy a Pontiac. I think their salespeople are the best.

I really really enjoyed the customer service at this dealership. As a first-time car I had so many questions and the staff there answered all my questions and made so many helpful suggestions!
