The representative that I worked with was quick and only kept us there for an hour. Usually buying a car is a whole day trip. They got all of the paperwork filled out and had us on our way quickly. The quality of the car was clean and ran well.

They have always treated me like family, not a customer. The sales person went above and beyond to help me pick my car. The finance guys made my payment limit feasible. The guys in the service department always spend extra time with me explaining work done, or work needed. Fastest oil changes in Arizona.

Loved the service here! NO pressure salespeople, gave me plenty of time to decide. The guys here aren't condescending to girls like most dealerships. Quick service, no nonsense. Didn't try to upsell me when I said I knew what I wanted.

The staff was very friendly and even offered a snack and drinks to my kids and showed us in detail how to use all the new functions with the hands free and connected our phones to the car.

It was easy to buy a car here. I came in with the price I wanted to spend and the model I wanted, then test drove it and bought the car. There was none of the usual car salesman tactics.

Scottsdale, AZ Driving Tips
Do not get a dark car. Tint and good a/c are necessities. You will need to change your battery every 3 or so years.
Scottsdale, AZ Buying Tips
Lots of people have SUVs so if you buy a small car, be prepared to be the smallest around. Buy a car with reliable a/c, tint as part of the purchase package. Do not get leather seats you will stick to the seats and it will hurt. I recommend a car with good gas mileage too, because you need to drive ... (more)
Favorite Driving Memory
It is very easy to drive from place to place throughout Scottsdale. The roads are built in a grid system. If you know the direction of the place you are going you can get there with many different paths. There is very little traffic except when people are heading into or out of work, but what city d ... Favorite Road
Thompson Peak Parkway - It is close to the mountains and it goes in a north/south direction. It makes it easy to catch the sunrise or sunset without being blinded by the sun. It is also a less traveled road, so there is not much traffic on it.

Scottsdale, AZ Driving Tips
The best thing I could say is to be extremely cautious and aware at all times. There are many drivers who do not signal at all, drive way too fast, and who want to race you at any given opportunity. I have had many close calls driving in this city.
Scottsdale, AZ Buying Tips
The best thing I could say is to do your research first through Yelp, Google, and word of mouth, and more importantly, to know exactly what you want to pay, and do not waver much. Research what your credit is in advance, and demand to see their financing criteria. Also, if you can, finance through a ... (more)
Favorite Driving Memory
My favorite memory is from driving down the 51 freeway late at night on a cool winter night with the windows down; the freeway runs through the heart of the city, with Camelback mountain on the side and the city views further south. It is hilly and windy, and very well paved, which makes driving ver ... (more)
Favorite Road
Princess/Pima - Princess Road as you go north is very winding, and almost feels like a different city entirely. At night, since it is a more remote part of the city, it feels like you're the only one on the road; it is a refreshing change of pace from the hustle of the city, and is a rather beautiful road to drive ... Scottsdale, AZ Driving Tips
Drive defensively. The drivers a bit moronic. They constantly try and beat changing lights, they really do not stop for stop signs and they are always on the phone.
Scottsdale, AZ Buying Tips
It is an extremely painful experience. Can also be somewhat demeaning. Most buyers are treat as commodities and it is sometimes apparent that because of the metropolitan population the dealers really do not care if you ever come back and buy another car. Also, because one individual may own 5-120 di ... (more)
Favorite Driving Memory
Most of my driving experiences are from home to work. Because of the amount of traffic I sometimes vary my route, always anticipating where traffic delays may be and also always looking for newer, more scenic, and possibly shorter routes. I do like to observe the other drivers as it is becoming more ... (more)
Favorite Road
Lincoln Dr from Scottsdale road in Scottsdale to Central Ave in Phoenix - The neighborhood is fantastic, the homes are magnificent, the terrain varies so that at some points you are overlooking the central Phoenix commercial area with the ball park and arena.
