What made me purchase this vehicle was that it is a Subaru, and the slick design and color really caught my eye. For me being a truck person this was a big step for me. I needed a dependable family car that I could still utilize off road, great on gas mileage, safe and could store a lot of things. It has more than enough ground clearance to take almost anywhere and with the symmetrical all wheel drive, I am more than comfortable driving around with my family. I purchase this car with 50,000 miles. Other than a few minor dings and scratches, this car was pristine. All records indicated regular maintenance was completed. The seats are more than comfortable and the inside is very spacious. Enough room for my wife, 3 kids, and camping gear in back and on top. Gas mileage is good, cou... (more)

I bought this vehicle used with cash from a settlement from my previous car being totaled. Most people said really good things about the car, such as that it never breaks down and will run for a really long time. I have only had the car for a few months but I've already had to put an extra $1,600 into the car. For this specific version, the L.L.Bean, problems are especially hard to fix. The dealer told my mechanic that the car often has problems in which it is difficult to figure out the origin and fix. This was the case with the air conditioner in my car. It took my mechanic over a week to figure out what was wrong with it, and then it was difficult to find the part he needed.
Story
My girlfriend and I took the car on a road trip to a small town a few hours away. It was comfortable for a long drive and we were able to take a lot of things with us.
Pros
-Gas mileage is good -Roomy -Sun roof -Good for road trips
Cons
-Very difficult to fix -Difficult to find parts

They were open and professional and didn't push me into buying anything. I knew exactly what the MSRP price vs. the Dealership price was and all the fees were clear and concise with no extra things thrown in. When they found out I had recently gotten engaged, I even received a bouquet of flowers which was so above and beyond any experience I've ever had before.

I worked with Scott and Jack to purchase my Outback. Both were friendly and not remotely pushy. I was given time to decide what I wanted to do with no pressure. jack was patient showing me as many options until we found the one that was perfect for me. They also got me financed for a low interest rate.
