Very good, solid build, and reliable car.
It is one of the best cars I have ever owned. There is virtually no road noise. It feels very safe and sturdy. Even though it is a larger car, the turn radius is still very good, and I can easily U-turn if I need to. It has a lot of leg room, and the trunk is huge.

I think that this car is absolutely the best fit for me because it gives me the right amount of space without being a huge SUV or a gas guzzler. There are so many times when my friends and I want to load up the car and go for a trip. I am lucky enough to be the owner of a car that has the ability to do this. My Highlander has great steering range and the ability to be a smooth ride regardless if I am on the freeway or on a dirt road.

They gave us the best deal possible. We had gone to Chevrolet looking for a car in our price range, and found something we liked. The salesman tried to pitch us something more expensive, which we also liked, but ultimately it was out of our price range. At Maita Toyota we specified the total amount that we could pay, and they took us immediately to the cars that we could afford without trying to "sell" us anything more expensive. The staff were polite, and very helpful in explaining our options without pushing us towards the more expensive options.

The dealers and everybody that worked at Santa Cruz Toyota were very knowledgeable about the various cars they had. They were not pushy, and wanted to make our experience very positive. They did not have the car in stock, but made a few phone calls to make sure they could get the car from another dealership within a day, which they made happen.
