The Toyota Prius Hybrid is roomy and comfortable. The driving experience is very pleasant and quiet. It has get up and go and is very great on your fuel budget. I cut my fuel budget in half switching from a standard transmission '94 Infiniti sedan. It is very easy to service. You don't have to do anything to rake in those extra miles per gallon except tell it what an awesome job it's doing and check your oil every fuel stop. Because it does eat oil. Apparently, this is a standard issue for the 2008-2012 models. The engine is quiet when it runs. When you pull up to a stop light, it generally turns off the engine and runs on the battery, so you frequently hear literally everything around you. I like driving it in the city or outskirts for the best gas mileage. but it still rocks highway ... (more)
Story
My fiancée loves to slam on the brakes at the last second at stop lights, and the brakes on the car worked so well compared to his late '90s Buick. He nearly got to test out the steering wheel once when we came flying down a hill.
Pros
Gas mileage, automatic windows -- even in the back!-- roominess, comfortable drive, quiet car, and great stock radio.
Cons
It burns so much oil! There is no ventilation in the back of the car. The only vents are in the front.

I obtained my car when its mileage was around 140,000 miles, so the previous owner had plenty of use with it prior to me. I have few issues with the car. It handles responsively and accelerates on average faster than a typical gasoline powered vehicles due to the hybrid battery and engine system. It has a gas tank size of about 9 gallons, yet I can usually get around 320 miles to a tank. I like to think that with normal maintenance (oil changes, wheel rotations/changes), it doesn't need anything else to keep it going. My one grip about the car is that lately, whenever I park and turn off the car is a specific spot, the part of the car's computer which controls the dash (which has the speedometer, lights, etc.) will malfunction and not show the next time you start the car. This only eve... (more)
Story
I went camping to Coachella in 2015 with this car, and stayed on the event grounds over the weekend. It was a great experience, and the car made it a bit easier. I could turn it on for air conditioning when it was hot outside and keep cool in the car, as it didn't use up too much gas.
Pros
I'm a big fan of the mileage for the car, how I only need to fill it up on average, about once a week. I drive the car usually four or five days out of the week, so a little less than others, but it's cheap to fill, always under 25 dollars. The seats are average, though still comfy, so long drives aren't too stressful to be stuck in a seated position. The hybrid battery and gasoline engine help with the fuel economy, so much so that at certain speeds, the engine turns off and the car goes off built up energy in the battery - this usually only occurs when going downhill, or under 15mph on f... Cons
I dislike how the failure of some certain parts of the computer tend to screw up many different things if they go bad. I have this issue, where if the car is parked and turned off in a certain location, it becomes difficult to actually turn the car off. When you finally do manage to turn the car off, when you turn it back on, you'll find that the front dash, which has the speedometer, various warning and indicator lights, have gone out, making it very difficult to drive, as you'd be driving without a speedometer, which is both dangerous and illegal. The seating is cloth, so after 160,000 p... (more)

They work with the buying service through my bank. They are pretty easy to purchase from, this car was my second purchase from this dealership. They have a large inventory of cars, so they've always had pretty much what I wanted without compromising on anything like colors or features or extra packages.
