When I got this car, the Prius was just coming into the limelight. The first generation had its followers, but this design was known throughout the country. You can see how South Park poked fun at it by saying everyone who owned a this model/design Prius was a stuck up hippy from San Francisco. Well, I was one of those persons, maybe a little less stuck-up, but I did like having a symbol that was associated with being eco-friendly.

Great, reliable, and smooth car.

The gas mileage on the Prius is great. It runs smoothly and quietly, and the acceleration is very responsive. Despite being compact there is a lot of space inside for passengers and cargo. The climate control buttons on the steering wheel are very convenient and work great. Definitely an upgrade from the '98 Rav4 I had previously.
