I originally had a Honda Accord and my wife drove the Sienna, however when my Accord died I bought my wife a new car and started driving the Sienna to work everyday. I love driving larger vehicles and the Sienna is great in that regard. With the rear seats folded down or removed I can haul almost anything that I could in a truck bed but completely covered from the elements! The Sienna has been very reliable, however there are two problems I have had, the first and most important has been that the steering rack bushings started going around 115,000 miles and need to be replaced. I haven't been able to find aftermarket bushings and hope that I don't need to replace the entire steering rack! In addition, my trim model came with automatic sliding rear doors and the latch mechanism has brok... (more)
Story
We took this van to the North Carolina Outer Banks and got it stuck in the sand on the beach! Had to get pulled out by some 4x4 trucks that were going past. Last time I try to drive on a beach!
Pros
Reliable engine & drive train, no major issues encountered in over 120,000 miles. Big, flat storage space in the back when rear seats are removed / laid flat. Overall good looking vehicle.
Cons
Parts are expensive ($1000 latch for sliding rear doors), steering rack bushings are not available as OEM or aftermarket parts.

I never thought I would own a minivan, but having two kids, I needed something bigger than my Camry. This minivan is stylish,, and I'll admit fun to drive. The blind spots are pretty limited on this vehicle, which is nice being a bigger vehicle. The amount of space to still get groceries and even when moving larger items into this minivan is really nice! Love the hands-free sliding doors and the trunk opening with just a push of the button on the remote. Makes it very convenient when your hands are full with either the kids, groceries or just the kids stuff! Third row seating was a must, having multiple children and mine also has a jump seat that I can get a total of eight people in the van! Ecodrive system is a plus, especially in a V6 minivan.
Story
My daughters love when I go "fast" in the minivan. Living in Georgia, everyone drives fast, so they like when I "take-off" to keep up with traffic and say, "vroom vroom Mom!"
Pros
Cargo space, leg room, amount of passengers, remote open doors and trunk, stylish design for a minivan, and Ecodrive system.

Their service. When I first arrived on the lot, a sales rep came right out to greet my girlfriend and I to help us find what we were looking for. A new (used) Camry. The price of the car was reasonable compared to other vehicles we were looking at, and in some instances, better than we were expecting. The sales rep was knowledgeable about warranties and specs on the car, and the financing team was upfront and transparent about the terms. We bought a car two days later.

They are the nicest most helpful people I have ever met at a car dealership. They are very up to date on their inventory and the sales people know about every car. They follow up after the sale quite a few times to check on you and the vehicle. They also offer free oil changes for life.
