The Toyota Sienna is a minivan manufactured by Toyota at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana facility, in Princeton, Indiana, United States, for the North American market.
Story
A couple friends and I went on a hiking trip in the Sienna a couple years back, and it was the most memorable moments in my life. I got to meet many friends, and we all can agree that without the amount of space in the Sienna, we would have not been able to bring all of us together to the cabins.
Pros
I loved about the Toyota Sienna: plenty of AUX cords in the front and rear of the vehicle, low miles per gallon consumption, spacious and can fit most people/luggage with ease, garage opener port(can connect the car to open your home garage without the actual device). The car rarely needed new parts, tires, or oil changes. Very durable car and can sustain many miles before maintenance. Can also do all wheel drive and very reliable.
Cons
Cons/things I hated about the Toyota Sienna : faulty wiring/electricity can make dashboard stop working, car is not sleek and pleasant to the eye. Sometimes the second row seats can be a hassle to remove, can be expensive to install bike/canoe racks on the side or top of the van.

2006 Toyota Sienna - Reputable car that fails expectations.

We've had the Toyota Sienna 2006 for 6 years and have had a lot of issues including 2 dealer recalls that needed to be fixed. The sliding doors on both sides broke and the dealer fixed it under a recall. A few years later one of the sliding doors broke again and is currently unusable. We've had to replace the brakes twice in 6 years. There is a lot of noise in the van, especially on highways. We barely can hear our kids in third row seating. The roof liner is all of a sudden sagging and the van only has 140K miles on it. There is an engine light that is on and the mechanic says it's a $300 repair (I forgot exactly what it was but one of the pieces for the gas and clogging needs repaired). The dash cracked and thankfully it was recalled and fixed by Toyota. So many recalls and problems.... (more)
Story
We've enjoyed just the little drives around town to parks, stores, or festivals. It seats 8 so it's perfect to drive our four kids and two grandparents around. One time we went to the Christmas lights in downtown Nashville and we took the grandparents. We were all able to enjoy the lights together due to the roomy van.
Pros
I'll try my hardest to list some positives but honestly every vehicle I've been in since buying this one has been equal or better. Not one thing leads me to want to buy this again. So here we go. The trunk space is really large. For a family of six it holds a lot of luggage. That will probably be my favorite feature. Other positives is that it is large with lots of room for everyone.
Cons
All the costs for repairs and problems. All the time spent on issues and problems with this van. All the problems we have to live with because we are tired of putting money into it.

We really liked this dealership because people are so nice there. From the time you walk in the door people are trying to serve you and they are not pushy. We also like that we can get our car serviced there.

The salesman was helpful in finding what we wanted. He wasn't pushy or overbearing. The service department was always helpful. And the time to finalize the sale was quick.
