Gorgeous truck.
I like how conservative the design is. It is mature and tasteful. There's enough space in the backseat to put a couple bags of groceries and some everyday supplies like paper towels and a trash bag (for gum and straw wrappers). There's also enough room for a backpack with a small laptop. I've got tinted windows, and it's very comfortable to sit inside with the air running on a hot day. I always feel safe no matter where I go. I'm up high and can see other drivers. It handles well in all weather, and the lights are strong enough to see easily in the dark. I like how quiet the cabin is, and being able to have a conversation while on a road trip.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, but never felt pushy or like they were just trying to sell a car to get the commission. They answered all of my questions without being condescending, and, as a woman, I didn't feel that I was receiving anything less than equal treatment and service. I am also very happy with their maintenance department; all of the maintenance I have needed has been dealt with in a timely manner, and the technicians' work was explained very well. As with the car sales, in the maintenance department, I have never been pressured to agree to additional service when a technician has found a problem; in one case, I was informed that my AC system's fan had burned out (which I had already suspected), and instead of being forced to pay for service I didn't agree to, or of being pressured to agree to service, I was simply given a written estimate and face-to-face explanation of what was found and what needed to be done to resolve the problem.
