I guess every men has a dream of a muscle car. With this vehicle, you get what you pay. The performance is outstanding, but the manufacturing has room for improvement. What they eventually also did in the newer versions. Things like an automatic A/C are missing. Also, in the convertible version, some parts need to be re-tightened frequently, if you don´t want to live with the rattling sound. Chevrolet learned from the failures of the "older" versions and brought up a quite decent car with all the features you would like.
Story
Frequently peoples telling me that the car is really nice and even they remember me with this car.
Pros
The power is the most impressive subject. Also the gas millage is good, if you are really considering this as a criteria on a muscle car. 14 mpg in real life are not that bad. The 2013 SS comes already with tons of nice features, such as head-up display, nice sound system, leather seats, back-up camera and the list goes on. With this car, you will for sure have a lot of fun.
Cons
Again, you get what you pay. In the convertible version, some parts get loose quite quickly. Which result in an annoying rattling of various parts inside the car. Nothing that can´t be fixed, but do I want to have that? Also, the exhaust is a bit quit for a V8 with 6.2ltr. Also, that can be fixed. The newer version comes already with a selection of noise control (or how they want to call it) by factory.

I currently own a 2016 Chevy Camaro SS. I've always wanted a V8, and now I do! The car has great throttle response, especially when trying to skirt in traffic when the time arises. At 455hp, the vehicle is fast enough for my needs. The exterior has great body lines, a great sounding exhaust from GM, and the interior is better than my previous car. It has great technology implemented, including AFM as well as a touch screen navigation with heated seats and mirrors.
Story
I went to a car meet and had so many compliments (aftermarket wheels) after I had spent the previous day cleaning and waxing the car by hand.
Pros
One of my favorite features is the interior. I love the comfortable seats with leather. The dash is quality and even has a touch screen which I've never owned before. The engine sounds great and has great response for an automatic, also including the paddle shifters.
Cons
Gas mileage, but quite honestly if you're looking to save on gas, I'd look elsewhere. The back seat is highly limited, but again you're buying a muscle car so it's to be expected. The Camaro also has the blind spots previous generations have suffered from.
