The car gets great gas mileage. I haven't had too many mechanical problems. I hate how the engine can't be accessed directly, since there is a strange plastic covering over it for "fuel efficiency." I also hate that in order to repair ANYTHING, it takes special tools and taking apart half of the car. My car was also involved in the ignition switch recall and has yet to be fixed because Chevy can't handle the influx of parts.
Story
I started college in this car and had all of my college adventures in it.
Pros
Great Gas Mileage Sleek look reliable motor/mechanics
Cons
Cheaply made interior parts Ignition recall Poor Customer appreciation Non DIY friendly

I needed a vehicle that would be great for long commutes with good gas mileage. I liked the size of the car and it seemed to fit my personality. The seats where comfy and the overall handling was spot on. Great take off and braking too. Everything has held up well in the Florida sun and it even did well in the snow conditions up north. The only thing I would have to say I disliked was that the electrical system had a few issues, especially with the wiring for the tail lights.
Story
When I was driving up north and got into an area that was getting really cold the display showed, "Ice Possible" in the message field. I thought it was so cool that the car let me know that.
Pros
Very good gas mileage - always around 28 mpg because of all the highway driving. Tire pressure indication system was really helpful when I started to have a tire go down. Excellent A/C and Heating system - always the right temperature. Sound system was good and I liked the Aux port capability to listen to my iPod. The fold down seats helped add a lot of extra trunk space for hauling large pieces of wood or plc.. I like the extra storage in the front center armrest for sunglasses and aux wires.
Cons
Not a lot of leg room in back so you had to keep the front sets up a little more to have space. Battery is located in the trunk which can cause problems if you spill anything in the trunk compartment. Turn signal sound indicator is linked to the front driver speaker so if the speaker goes out, you won't hear the blinker sound. The passenger side fuse panel is hard to access without possibly dropping a fuse in the trim. The front cup holders are an odd size so drinks either fall over or get stuck in the tray.
