It was a simple over the phone process. Basically I had cash in hand and wanted the truck for a certain price. I researched what was fair and I gave them my offer. They accepted right then no haggling or trying to sell me a more expensive truck. I came in the had the truck parked up front and the salesman had all the paperwork ready for me.
