The 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe was one of my first larger vehicles. If your on the market for something that is roomy and very comfortable, and perfect for hauling the kiddos around, this vehicle is perfect for you. If your on the market for something that's good in today's economy, this vehicle might not be for you. Overall, the Chevy Tahoe is reliable, made my Chevy, and will get you where you need to go in a comfortable and stylish manner, however it may suck your wallet dry for gas.
Story
My most memorable moment when using this vehicle was after the kids soccer tournament a few parent we're in charge of getting the kids from the soccer fields to the pizza party after practice because many of the kids parents we're still working. I was one of the few people that managed to have one of the larger roomier vehicles, and I can tell you that was one wild experience carrying 8 hungry... (more)
Pros
Roomy Comfortable Lot's of Power Reliable
Cons

I love the way the car looks. It is black with all chrome accents. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw pictures of it. It is also extremely comfortable. Compared to the car I had before, Chrysler, it is very quiet and when idling you can not even tell it is on.
Story
When my husband brought it hoe for me. I did not think I was going to get it!
Pros
It is comfortable for the whole family. Having two boys, 5 & 7 years old, there is plenty of room. I also love the separate "captain chairs" so that they are not touching one another and can easily access the 3rd row. They love the DVD player and I love the touch screen navigation. The leather in the seats is also very soft.
Cons
I have not had it very long, so I have not experienced any technical problems. I do wish the 3rd row seating allowed for more cargo room. But I guess that is why people get a suburban. It is also a gas guzzler, but I knew that going in to buying the car. It is an expensive car.

How cheap getting the car was and how nice the people were. Even if something was wrong with the car, they dropped the price of it.

They weren't too aggressive and let me take my time looking at all the SUVs they had available. They also helped me get financed because my credit was not so great but I was in desperate need for a reliable car.
