2015 Chevrolet Cruze - Fairly satisfied but could ask for a little more
I purchased my 2015 Chevy Cruze in January of 2016, it was considered a new vehicle but had 4k miles on it. This car drives very smooth and I really enjoy the way it handles when turning corners. I have noticed that since the day I purchased it, the turn signal is very sensitive. If switching it off, it will signal in the opposite direction even if it is set to the middle position. There also seems to be a lack of power when speeding up between 20mph and 30mph. The vehicle sits low enough that my six year old daughter can easily get in and out of the back seat. A downside to the back seat however is that there is very little leg room. Her booster seat sits in the middle and even her short legs set up against the back of the center console. It has a large trunk in which I am able to fit... (more)
Story
My family took a day trip to Snoqualmie Falls, Wa., this summer. We packed a lunch then headed up north to see the falls. After we visited there we went to the Northwest Historical Train Museum where we stopped for lunch outside before going in a looking at a few exhibits then stepping into the yard and climing on some old steam trains.
Pros
Miles per gallon, very little road noise, remote start, and the on board Bluetooth is very easy to handle and navigate through.
Cons
Lack of leg room in the back seat, sensitivity with the turn signal, and the lack of power when speeding up.
2011 Chevrolet Cruze - Excellent, reliable car
The Chevrolet Cruze is a fantastic car. I have always felt very safe driving it, and in the six years I have owned it, there have never been any major issues with it. Performance has always been great, and I have driven it on many long road trips with only minor issues. The issues that I have experienced with the car are usually technical issues, such as the seat belt light going out or the tire sensor malfunctioning. At some point the trunk button stopped working as well, which is fairly inconvenient. In order to open the trunk, I have to use the key fob. Other than that, it has worked beautifully. The seats are quite comfortable and have great levers; however, I have noticed that the material used in the upholstery catches on any sort of metal that is sewn into clothing (such as on j... (more)
Story
I have slept in this car on a road trip when we couldn't find an open campsite! It was surprisingly comfortable!
Pros
Good fuel economy. Great appearance. Good features (air recirculation, A/C, USB plug in). Safety.
Cons
Upholstery that sticks to clothing (and is difficult to clean). Technical malfunctions.
