Overall the experience would have been great if not for the financing options. Drive Time caters to those with bad or no credit and as a result usually offers outrageous APR rates. I think they could do a lot better than what they offer but they are hard press to make sells and are definitely willing to work with you if you have other terms in mind. The car selection is adequate and the customer service experience is about standard for a used car dealership.

They were very personal and helped me out a lot. They were friendly and really helped me find just what I was looking for. The whole event was quick and easy, which was surprising for a car dealership.
