1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo - Monte Carlo
The Monte Carlo is one the best vehicles I have ever owned. It is stylish in looks with a sleek exterior and design. The interior is very spacious and roomy. We are a family of four, including two teenagers and we all can ride comfortably in this vehicle. The gas mileage is comparable to other makes of cars of this size and won't break the bank when refueling.
Story
I locked the keys in my car and had to call an officer to come unlock it for me.
Pros
The pros for this vehicle are the amount of room it has on the interior and the trunk. Plenty of room for everyone in the family and groceries, too. The sleek look and feel of this car provides a great driving experience. This car has great pick up and can be very fun to drive when a little speed is needed. As for safety - I prefer an older car and how they were made compared to todays cars.
Cons
The repairs on this vehicle are not cheap as it often is the dealer that does the repairs and maintenance. As with any older car it does not have any of the newer accessories that come with vehicles today. There are limited upgrades for this make and model. Tires for this car are also expensive at most places. For the most part it's cheaper to do the work on this car yourself.
2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo - Fuel efficient and reliable
I loved the reliability of the car to not need constant maintenance. I could barely hear the engine while it was on and drove very smooth. Definitely would recommend this car to anyone who wants to not worry about maintenance and fuel efficiency.
Story
I drove a state away to buy my car and got it for under $7000 and it lasted me over 5 years with over 170,000 miles on it.
Pros
Fuel efficiency.
Does not require much maintenance.
Drives smooth.
Cons
Gets very hot in the summer. Takes a long time to get A/C in the summer and heat in the winter. Brake pads need to be replaced often.
