This is the third van that I have owned from Chrysler and I feel that they have come a long way in perfecting the product. As the stereotypical soccer mom, I need a vehicle that can easily transport a team of players or convert to carry a team's worth of equipment - and this van can certainly do that! With the ease of Stow-N-Go, I can take down the two rows of seats all by myself and have this hauler ready to fill in only a few minutes. As a single mom, I also need a reliable vehicle that I know will stay on the road for miles with minimum upkeep; with 25k miles in only 9 months, this van has certainly fallen into that category. Of course, this is a vehicle built for a family so one hardly expects it to be "speedy" and certainly this is not the vehicle one would drive to try and impres... (more)
Pros
This vehicle has power, and exudes comfortable family-friendly luxury that you'll appreciate on those long trips. It's hard to decide if my favorite feature is the Stow-N-Go, the heated seats, or the DVD entertainment system; all of these features have improved my life significantly!
Cons
The biggest negatives to this vehicle are the price and the gas mileage. Oi, it gets you "coming" (when you buy it) and "going" (when you're driving), right in the wallet!

This is a sturdy van, front wheel drive. Great in ice and snow conditions. ABS system is a must for rainy days, hills, terrain given to Pennsylvania potholes. Interior is natural, deteriorated leather due to sun and heat. Paint is surprisingly still on the hood, as with most of them, the paint peels off. The stereo is functional. The garage door opener is functional. The only thing with the small stuff, I purchased the van with the key fob to open the doors, and it worked fine for a week, then died. Subsequent batteries to fit the fob didn't work, ones that did, the fob died. The van is comfortable, sort of like driving a lazy boy chair around. It also has heated seats, great for PMS days and back aches. Transmission went out three times, was replaced three times. I removed the bench s... (more)
Story
I like driving it to the beach. I had it to drive on vacation to the shore with my kids when they were younger, they enjoyed it, due to the comfort the long ride was more bearable. It is also nice to chill out in, and just sit in to listen to music. I used to take naps in it during lunch breaks when I had a temp job. Now that the trans is in again I will look for another job.
Pros
Comfort - the driver and passenger seat are great. For roominess, lots of groceries can fit. This van is great in snow. It has room for change and drinks in between the seat. I like the electronic display that tells me how much gas I have left until I run out. I like the electronic display telling me what direction to go in. I like the sliding doors on each side of the van. I like the color, paint still looks ok. It still has good pick up - runs well, is fast. Good around turns.
Cons
Transmission is terrible. When I do lock the van it locks itself right away when I try to unlock it with my key. The previous owner got his key stuck in the driver's side door and messed it up, now I only can unlock my van using the passenger side door or trunk. It is hilarious, when I unlock it, the van races me to get the door lock unlocked and wont let me in without me pulling the handle to open it. I look like a fool trying to open the doors when I lock it. I did end up locking my keys in the van 4 times because of this bad feature. Now I have become a master at getting into the van ... (more)

I like the service when buying my new Chrysler. They did not rush me in my buying process. I was given all the information, plus more about the vehicles. I would go here again for sure. I felt like I wasn't forced into buying a vehicle and I like that.

This dealership was great because our personal car rep personally brought our vehicle over to our house so that I could look at it. The reason for our rep doing this was because my husband and I had 3 small children and I was pregnant at the time of purchase and this made it 100% easier for us to choose. Because of this one action my husband and I choose this dealership over another.
