I upgraded from a 5-seater to this 7-seater in order to accommodate our growing family. I love the leg and head room in this vehicle, however with the 3rd row up, the cargo area is rather small. Makes taking a trip difficult when packing for 4+ people for a couple of days. One of my main reasons for purchasing this was the styling, I admired it from afar for many months before buying. I have only had it a few months but I know the maintenance cycle is every 7,500 miles which is twice as long as my previous car. We have put it to the test in the mountains and highway driving and I have no complaints about the v6 engine. It handles nicely and the turning radius is quite good for a vehicle this long.
Story
We took this vehicle to the mountains for sledding with the kiddos and it was a nice, enjoyable ride. There was a no snow on the ground but it handled the turns nicely.
Pros
I love the exterior and the color of the white, not dingy or cream, but a pure white. The seats are comfortable and the cloth material is high quality. The navigation system is easy to use and has come in handy more than a few times. The Uconnect system overall allows me to use my phone hands-free, access multiple entertainment options such as satellite radio, AM/FM, CD, MP3 and there is a hard drive built in. There are two media outlets so you can plug in your iPod or phone into the Uconnect face or use the jack in the armrest and access your iPod directly on the Uconnect face. There is a... (more)
Cons
The cargo area is a bit small with the 3rd row up. You cannot use navigation when the car is in gear, you must input the information while the car is in park which makes it difficult to be spontaneous even if the passenger inputs the data. Only workaround is an expensive after-market part. I wish the automatic open/close tailgate was a standard option.

At first I really enjoyed this vehicle. It was a great car inside and out. But then I started having problems. The trim around the windows for example is cracking off so I feel it is not sturdy enough. Another problem I had was when I went to gas it would not sense it was full so it would overflow the gas all over the place. I told the dealership since it was under warranty and they claimed nothing was wrong with it. As soon as the warranty was up they found the problem. They made me pay to fix it. It ended up being a recall (as I knew it would) and they gave me back the money. But it always seemed to be a problem at the dealership. They got grease on the roof of my car after an oil change as well as water all over the floorboard. I feel once I got the car they did not want to help me.... (more)
Story
I remember not long after I first got the car filling it up with a bunch of my cousins and going for a drive. We just drove around visiting until it was time to pick of a friend from work in the city of Anaheim.
Pros
It's beautiful on the outside and is very sturdy. It has power and is easy to drive.
Cons
Dealing with the dealership and all the recalls. I also am not thrilled with how the window trim and center console held up.

I went through the internet department when looking for a new car. I was contacted and given exceptional pricing during the Black Friday event. There was a paint scratch in rear fender. When I brought it in, they fixed it with no issues and gave me the touch up paint for future use if needed. I was given a rental and had no issues.
