My A6 made driving fun again!
Audi's redesign in 2012 with C7 chassis is excellent. The lines on the body are perfect, swept back to really give the car the sport look it deserves. There is very little clutter in the design. It's clean, crisp, and exactly what you would expect from a German company. Engine performance is top notch. 3.0 Supercharged provides plenty of acceleration for the on ramps and braking action is very reactive when coming up on the traffic suddenly. Prestige edition is the best. It offers a very good compliment of technology, style, and comfort. Some cars put too much technology, and certainly, the Prestige can be a bit overwhelming when diving deeper into some of the technology of the MMI. The beauty, however, is you can use as much or as a little of the technology as you desire.

Great car. Prepare for maintenance costs.
The Audi A6 2.0T is a very solid car with beautiful lines and comfort built for the driver. I never really knew what "hugging the road" meant until purchasing this car. It is so solid and commanding. The amenities are so refined...,lights in the keyhole that light up the ground outside the car. Lights under the front seats, so the back seat passengers can see the floor. The car itself has good power -- especially for not being the 4.0T engine. Very smooth and powerful acceleration for a 4-door sedan. Nothing is jerky, slow or clunky about this car. That even includes how the doors close...they are heavy but still have a soft touch. It is designed for a male driver who doesn't carry passengers long distance. Limited storage and not a lot of leg room in the seat keep this car from getting higher marks. If you buy this car, though, be prepared for lots of maintenance costs. Something is always happening to it, and nothing is inexpensive to fix on it. This car really doesn't seem to be designed for a high-mileage driver or a low-mileage driver...I can't get a sense of who their target audience is as neither target's needs are addressed by this vehicle.
