My Maxima review
The first thing I noticed about the Maxima was its styling. It had a low stance, aggressive for a four-door sedan. It came with a rear spoiler, 18" wheels, Ocean Gray metallic paint and a panoramic sunroof. The car overall is very "curvy" and will catch the eye on the open road. The interior looks and feels like a luxury-brand. This particular Maxima has leather interior which feels very comfortable. It has matte-metallic and soft-touch surfaces along the rest of the interior. The cockpit-like instrument panel design in the 2010 Nissan Maxima especially stands out, and it resembles that offered in several vehicles from Infiniti, Nissan's upmarket brand. The 290-horsepower, 3.5-liter V-6 engine that propels the 2010 Nissan Maxima is extremely smooth, and it allows relaxed acceleration in normal driving with the automatic continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). Fuel economy is good with the setup, at 19 mpg city, 26 mpg highway. The CVT also includes a manual sport mode and available steering-wheel paddle shifters to access a series of simulated gear ratios for high-performance driving.

A sporty sedan with good exterior styling.
I really love my Nissan Maxima. What first got my attention was the exterior styling. It is a 4-door sedan but it has a very sporty look from the front grill to the rear wide base. My particular model has some extra features like Bose sound system and panoramic moonroof. It has a CVT transmission which at first is a little slow at start but around 40mph really kicks in. It's quiet, the interior is very nice. The steering and handling are good. The car does feel a little heavy at times but nothing too bad. The engine is quiet for a V-6.
