Regal: a mid-cost car with high-level value
I bought the 2012 Buick Regal because of the great coupe like design, rare on a four-door sedan. For me, it is equal parts a family car, a sport car and luxury car. Though it was used and supposed to be kind of dated, the aesthetic of the exterior still looks quite modern even in 2018. The interior build is quite decent, with comfortable leather seats. A refined-looking dashboard, being composed of quality materials, and the trim has held up quite well. One thing to note is that there is a decent aftermarket for cosmetic parts. I was able to get new style led daytime running headlamps that could replace the standard halogen lights. As for the driving experience, the 2.4L 4 cylinder engine has plenty of pep and can be aggressive when needed for fast starts and efficient overtaking. The steering feels balanced and reactive, and the suspension is soft enough over bumps. The economy is pretty average, giving me about 22 miles per gallon, and the backseat space is quite limited but understandable because of the swooping coupe-like roof line. The trunk, however, has enough room for my needs, whether groceries for a small family or luggage for a one-week vacation. The upkeep on this car is about $600 per year, having needed no major repairs after four years. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my car.

I absolutely love this car.
I like how the car handles well and has a smooth ride and for only being a 4 cyl this car seems to have some get up and go. Its fine for a family car as I just had a baby and his car seat fits just fine in the backseat. The car is a standard front wheel drive vehicle. The car can be driven in both automatic and manual transmission. It gets good gas mileage roughly 25 to 36. I also love the dual climate control. The car has a decent sized trunk, it can fit my 2 12 inch subs and an amp. The radio has controls on the dash and steering wheel or you can use the touch screen which I think is pretty neat. I am 5'4" and have plenty of leg room in the front and back seats. I feel there is ample head room in the front seat. The wood grain detail goes from door to door and looks really nice with the chrome accents. There is a moonroof that in my opinion ads to the sleek design. When the salesman said Buick I automatically thought it was going to be an old man car, however this is not an old man car. There are plenty of USB ports to charge cell phones and whatnot. There is on star as well as a beeper if you are too close to something when you are reversing. All in all I have nothing bad to say about the car.
